How many sessions will I need to achieve my ideal results? Most people need four treatment sessions to achieve their ideal results. We recommend scheduling two sessions per week with at least two or three days between each session so that your muscles have plenty of time to recover from the intense training they receive. We can give you a better idea of how many treatment sessions you'll need to achieve your ideal results after we've evaluated your target areas. We recommend a series of four treatments, each of which is scheduled two or three days apart, for most patients.
Occasionally, the initial series may include six treatments. Results tend to stabilize after four or six treatments, so we generally don't encourage patients to schedule more than that as part of the initial series. Scheduling maintenance treatment every three to four months, as needed, can help preserve results.
